PICKUP INSTRUCTIONS:

If you were able to select a time slot on our Reserve Ahead Menu, your order is confirmed and will be ready DURING YOUR SELECTED PICKUP WINDOW. Please arrive within your selected pickup window.

Arriving at NR:

• A current driver’s license, passport, military ID, or state-issued ID card (“temporary” paper IDs are not permitted).
• You may park anywhere in our lot.
• You may be asked to stand in line prior to entering the building. We will check your ID and make sure you have an online order and that it is ready for pick-up prior to entry into the building.

Payment:

• You will pay for your pre-order inside our building at checkout.
• We accept debit and cash.
• Debit card transactions incur a $3.00 fee (You may incur additional charges from your bank).
