We are open for walk-in orders (no pre-order required) and pre-order pickup (online/phone order placed in advance).

If you select ASAP for your pickup time, you may come to the store straight away. If you select a time, please arrive during your scheduled pickup window. No confirmation text is needed.

Arriving at NR:

  • A current driver’s license, passport, military ID, or state-issued ID card (“temporary” paper IDs are not permitted).
  • You may park in our upper or lower lot.

Payment:

  • If you placed a pre-order, you will pay for it inside our building at checkout.
  • We accept debit card with chip and cash.
  • Debit card transactions incur $3.00 fee (you may incur additional charges from your bank).
  • ATM available

We proudly support our Veterans and offer a 20% discount to Veterans on every medical purchase. To qualify, show your active Military ID, or DD-214 form, or a DD-7265 form to a NR Agent at checkout. Excludes non-cannabis items.

We offer patients 65+ years of age a 10% discount on every medical purchase.

Financial Hardship 10% discount

We offer a 10% discount to patients with demonstrated financial hardship on every medical purchase. To qualify, you’ll need:

  • A valid MassHealth Eligibility Letter or Supplemental Security Income (SSI) Card
  • Proof of verifiable income below 300% of Federal Poverty Level guidelines
